I have spent twenty years turning operations and technology into a single job. Most recently as CIO and Head of Business Transformation at Miro. Before that, roles at Reckitt, Accenture, Booking.com, Google, where I was Chief of Staff for APAC and EMEA go-to-market, and Netflix. I have built and led teams in five countries: Argentina, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and the Netherlands. In my twenties I started and sold two localization businesses.
I write from the operator's seat rather than the lecturer's. I run an AI leadership team on myself, six seats with real remits and hard boundaries they cannot cross without escalating to me. I publish what it costs as well as what it returns.
